Understand whatactually helpsyou thrive.
Our.os is a personal operating system that helps you connect how you feel and function with the context of your actual life.
Start with the part most tools miss.
Most personal technology starts with what’s easy to measure: steps, heart rate, sleep, screen time. Our.os starts somewhere different.
How are you actually doing?
We call these Intrinsic States: the internal signals that shape how you experience your life.
Daily
checked in seconds, most daysDeeper signals
reflected on over longer arcsYou don’t need to obsess over every metric. The goal is simply to create enough signal to begin seeing what otherwise disappears into memory.
Then add context.
Knowing that your energy was low is useful. Understanding what was happening when it was low is much more useful. The point isn’t to track everything. It’s to capture enough context to start asking better questions:
See change over time.
One day rarely tells you much. Patterns emerge over time. Your LIFE Score gives a simple, high-level view of how your intrinsic states are trending together.
It’s not a grade. It’s an orientation point: a way to notice that something changed, then dig deeper and ask why.
A single number isn’t the answer. It’s the beginning of the question. From your score you move into the states beneath it: maybe your overall score is stable while motivation has been declining, or energy improved after a change in routine.
From score to signal, inside the app.
Connect how you feel with how you live.
This is where the pieces become useful together. Our.os helps you explore relationships between your intrinsic states and the context you’ve recorded around them.
What happens to energy? Mood? Autonomy? The goal isn’t to prove that one behavior is universally good or bad. It’s to help you understand how different parts of your life relate to your experience of it.
AI that helps you see. Not decide.
Eventually there’s more information here than anyone should have to manually analyze. Our.os can surface patterns, changes, and relationships worth investigating, along with questions you may not have thought to ask. But there is an important boundary.
Our.os might help you notice
Your autonomy runs higher on days when you control your mornings.
It isn’t built to tell you
Quit your job. Move cities. Wake up at 5 a.m.
What it means, and what you do about it, remains yours.
Turn patterns into experiments.
Seeing a pattern is useful. Testing it is better. Our.os is built around a simple learning loop.
Over time, you’re not simply collecting data. You’re building a body of knowledge about yourself.
A few minutes a day.
The system only works if using it doesn’t become another job, so the daily experience is intentionally lightweight.
Record how you’re doing.
Capture the activities or circumstances that matter.
Add a thought when there’s something worth remembering.
Get back to your life.
The objective isn’t to spend more time inside Our.os. It’s to collect enough information to live with greater understanding outside of it.

Built to become less necessary.
Most software companies want you to use their product more. Our.os has a different ambition. If the system works, you should gradually become better at recognizing your own patterns without needing technology to point them out every time. You learn. Your intuition gets better informed. Your decisions become more intentional.
Success isn’t knowing your LIFE Score.Success is knowing your life.
